  Online Registration Steps

Step 1  - If you would like to register online, you MUST go to our payment page, and submit your payment thru Paypal first!

 (you won't be able to continue to step 2, without first completing this step)

Step 2  - After successfully making your payment at the Paypal site, enter your Paypal receipt number (on the right hand side of this page), and you will be able to view and complete the online registration process using our online form.

Manual Registration Steps

Step 1  - If you would rather register manually:

-Download and print this form
  and fill it out
-Bring a check for the amount of $205


 Step 2 - Come in person with the completed and signed registration form and check, to the
Burnsville City Hall - Lower Level

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Thursday, February 23rd
